Herd-man-ship/Leadership Faith-Based Equine-Assisted Philosophy (FBEAP) is a certification seminar that will focus on the power of unity in any organization. We will apply the basic philosophies to Leadership and team development. Topics like creativity, boundaries, finding your voice, and healthy communication will be covered. We will be utilizing in-depth discussion and teaching times, as well as live exercises in the arena. Q&A time built-in throughout the 3-day seminar. Certificate upon completion.
Discipleship Day is an optional day designed to equip you with the basics of building your business/ministry. We will address topics like mission and vision statements, insurance, building clientele, effective marketing strategies, and so much more. We will be in a classroom setting only (we will not be working with horses).
